Dear Friends,

I’m so happy to remind you we will be holding a Workshop in Dallas, Texas next Saturday, November 7th and then in Austin on November 21 and 22nd (two-day Workshop). 

I have many great memories of Dallas and Austin with Jerry, and so many friends there, but one of my favorites is from one night, well after dark, when we were driving back to San Antonio from Dallas. Jerry drove from Dallas to Austin, where we stopped to refuel and change drivers. He crawled into the back seat to lie down, and I got behind the wheel. I had been driving for only a few minutes when Jerry opened his eyes, sat up, and said, “I didn’t know there were two round Holiday Inns in Austin.” There were not two round Holiday Inns in Austin. I had driven out of the gas station and gotten on the freeway heading back north toward Dallas instead of south toward San Antonio.

We made that trip dozens of times after that, and every time we passed the “round Holiday Inn in Austin,” one of us said, “I didn’t know there were two round Holiday Inns in Austin.”
