Dear Friends,
Lately, after meditation each morning, I’ve been making a list of the current most noteworthy aspects of my life, and then rating them from 1 to 10. Since I have been deliberately focusing on the best-feeling aspects of my life I am noticing that truly bothersome things are fading into the background and subtle nicer things are coming into the foreground and I feel better and better.
Also, I am probably the last person on the planet to begin using noise-canceling AirPods and I find them amazing. As I slip them into my ears I can actually hear the sound of silence turning on! It is not noise ceasing to be. It is noise replaced with another sound that isn’t noise. That may be what is happening with my “game of looking for 10’s” in my life. I’m tuning my perspective. I’m not pushing unwanted away. I’m replacing it with wanted.
Hey, I know, it’s not like Abraham hasn’t been telling us things like this for a really long time, but this feels like a very significant discovery to me. I like it.
I’m looking forward to another Abraham NOW broadcast this coming Saturday. If you would like to join us, click here!
Our Love,
Esther
