Dear Friends,
In a recent message to you I talked about the freezing weather in Texas and about the road closures and about my worry for everyone and for our company cat who had been left inside the office building to make sure he stayed warm. No one could get to the property to check on him. Many of you have been inquiring about him and so I wanted to let you know he is doing extremely well. But, I also wanted to tell you a funny story about him and how he got his name.
Our dear friend Audrey from New York introduced so many of her students and clients to Abraham and she and Jerry and I became fast friends. Every year at Thanksgiving time, Audrey would send several large vases of gladiolas to us, just in time for our November workshop and Thanksgiving open house party that we held at the Abraham-Hicks Publications Center (dependent upon the weather). Oh my, how much fun those open houses were. And the card that arrived with the flowers always read: All is Well.
And then one year when the flowers arrived the card said: EARL IS WELL. It was obvious to us that there had been a misunderstanding about what Audrey’s message to us was. And we all had a really good laugh about that misunderstanding. So we all passed that message back and forth as often as we could, pronouncing to each other that Earl is Well! About that time, a frightened little cat showed up on the property and the girls welcomed him and began to feed him. Little by little, he warmed up to all of us and he decided that he would like to be our office cat. And, because of Audrey and her beautiful flowers and her annual Thanksgiving well wishes the girls decided to name him Earl.
And so, we all smile, as we answer your questions letting you know that EARL IS WELL.
This coming Saturday, 3/6/21, we will broadcast another Abraham Now live workshop. If you would like to join in, click here!
Our Love,
Esther and Earl
(and Abraham and Jerry)
